What is a concierge and how will I benefit?
Some of the more common tasks performed by the concierge include providing general information, helping you in your travel arrangements, reservations, doing the work for you like bank / Postal work or even getting the grocessories and vegetables for you. Akshaya concierge help you in or having flowers or sweets delivered on behalf of you. In short, the concierge’s job description is relative to the member’s needs. And it is the Akshaya concierge who makes sure those needs are fulfilled.

How do I get started using your quality concierge services?
Its easy living… just contact us by mail or by phone. Fill online registration here, once approved we will forward you all the necessary information.

How are concierge and other services paid for?
Corporate clients pay by Cheque only.

Private clients pay by cash or check and automatic payment options shortly are available.

When can I expect to have my services rendered?
Requests for concierge services must be presented 24 to 6 hours or more in advance (based on the membership type) of required delivery to ensure completion. PLATINUM MEMBERSHIP Rs.12000 Per Year :
VIP membership. Suitable for Powered Executives. We listen to you, we learn how to be another you and handle the daily tasks that you don't have time to! Platinum Members can place the requests which are in the services menu unlimited for 24/7 (Twenty four hours and seven days in a week). No Limit on the number of requests. All the requirements will be done to the satisfaction of the member. Member can utilize Home Cleaning, Plumbing and Electrical preventive checkups twice in a year. Electrical, Plumbing services can be availed at no Additional cost throughout the year. All the services listed in Service Menu can be availed unlimited and at no extra cost. Key Date Reminder Services is an important value added service you get in a Platinum Membership. Membership allotment is limited and is under the sole discretion of the management. GOLD MEMBERSHIP Rs.9000 Per Year:
A Classic membership. Services are designed to save our clients time and money. Classic Members can place the requests which are in the services menu unlimited for during the working hours 9AM – 9 PM Mon – Sat and on Working Days. No Limit on the number of requests. All the requirements will be done to the satisfaction of the member. Member can utilize Home Cleaning, Plumbing and Electrical preventive checkups once in a year. Electrical, Plumbing services can be availed at Additional cost only. All the services listed in Service Menu can be availed unlimited. Contact us for more details.

SILVER MEMBERSHIP Rs.6000 Per Year:
A General membership (More suitable for Bachelors and students) General Members can place the requests which are in the services menu during the working hours 9AM – 6 PM Mon – Sat and on Working Days. Limited number of requests are accepted. Electrical, Plumbing services can be availed at Additional cost only. All the services listed in Service Menu can be availed but limited. You also can upgrade your membership from Silver to Gold, Gold to Platinum by paying the necessary membership fee on a prorate basis. All the memberships are for a period of one year only.
