What is a concierge and how will I benefit?
Some of the more common tasks performed by the concierge include providing general information, helping you in your travel arrangements, reservations, doing the work for you like bank / Postal work or even getting the grocessories and vegetables for you. Akshaya concierge help you in or having flowers or sweets delivered on behalf of you. In short, the concierge’s job description is relative to the member’s needs. And it is the Akshaya concierge who makes sure those needs are fulfilled.

How do I get started using your quality concierge services?
Its easy living… just contact us by mail or by phone. Fill online registration here, once approved we will forward you all the necessary information.

How are concierge and other services paid for?
Corporate clients pay by Cheque only.

Private clients pay by cash or check and automatic payment options shortly are available.

When can I expect to have my services rendered?
Requests for concierge services must be presented 24 to 6 hours or more in advance (based on the membership type) of required delivery to ensure completion. All information must be complete for acceptance of service request. You will be notified immediately of insufficient information. Read more...

Terms of Service

You are requested to read Terms of Service, understand and agree to all before becoming a before taking any service from Akshaya.

1. USE OF SERVICE:
You understand and agree that you shall use the AKSHAYA Services in connection by following terms and conditions and abide by all:

You understand and agree that you may only place requests which are legal and governs all the statutory and government laws and sections of India. You also agree that AKSHAYA may alter these terms and conditions at any time or cancel or modify the service in any way we see fit without prior notice to you, even if you are a member. You also agree not exploit the services rendered by AKSHAYA by any means , except for your own use. Else your membership may deemed cancelled in case of misuse of any service except for your own and personal use. Membership in Akshaya will not entitle you for placing any sort of requests . Akshaya does have the right of accepting or rejecting any request placed by the members / Associates / Corporate. You understand and agree that AKSHAYA , in its sole discretion and for any reason whatsoever, may terminate your use of the Service and refuse all current and future requests to access or use the Service. All the services which are provided by AKSHAYA are permissible under the Indian Government Laws and local Government laws.

You further understand and agree that AKSHAYA shall have access to all data stored on hired servers. However, AKSHAYA shall not disclosed to any person or company your customer lists and other confidential information of yours. How ever AKSHAYA will use the same information for intimating the promotional offers, New Schemes etc.,

2. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
You understand and agree that the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind whatsoever. For greater certainty, there are no warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Neither this agreement nor any documentation furnished under it is intended to express or imply any warranty that the services will not be uninterrupted or error-free or that the service will provide uninterrupted or error free service. All the requests have inherent limitations and you must determine that the requests which you have placed adequately meets your requirements.

You acknowledge and agree that any service / material obtained through the use of the service is done at your own discretion and risk and that you are solely responsible.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall AKSHAYA be liable to you or anyone for any delays, inaccuracies, errors or omissions with respect to the Service or the transmission or delivery of all or any part thereof, for any damage arising there from or occasioned thereby, or for the results obtained from the use of the Service.

You understand and agree that akshaya, and its partners, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, shareholders, and agents, shall not be liable, under any circumstance whatsoever, for any loss of business, profits, goodwill, loss of use or data, interruption of business, or for any indirect or consequential damages of any kind, even if akshaya is aware of the risk of such damages, that result in any way from your use or inability to use the services, or that result from errors, defects, omissions, delays in operation or transmission, or any other failure of performance of the services.

However AKSHAYA will take up the complaints received in serious, and plan to have a corrective action for the satisfaction of the members, and wishes to minimize the number of complaints relating the services which are provided for all its members.

4. ADVERTISEMENTS AND PROMOTIONS
AKSHAYA may run advertisements and promotions. You understand and agree that AKSHAYA has the right to run such advertisements and promotions and the manner, mode and extent of advertising may change from time to time.

5. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
You acknowledges that AKSHAYA has proprietary rights in the Service and it is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. AKSHAYA grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the services, You are not being granted any right to advertise, guarantee any service rendered by AKSHAYA in any form without the written consent of the AKSHAYA.
